Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation up to 3 months prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees,
• up to 1 month before the arrival day 40%,
• up to 1 week before the arrival day 70
• and in the last week before the arrival day the cancellation fees are 90 % of the total arrangement price.

Upon request, the apartments can be cleaned, additional costs will be charged depending on the effort.

The final cleaning (within the usual limits) is included in the price.
